About: The Black Oven food truck uses high quality, seasonal, locally-produced ingredients to create bespoke menus for your wedding. They take into account your food preferences, dietary requirements, and wedding budget offering everything from grazing tables through to a 5 course set menu.
Services provided: The Black Oven can do everything from simply catering your wedding, through to full wedding day management (including staff, equipment hire, bar service, etc).
How Many People they Feed? From 50 to hundreds of guests, and they have a range of catering options available to suit your wedding.
What their food truck looks like: The Black Oven’s self-contained truck resembles a rustic cottage, with cedar shingles, chimney, wrought iron fittings, hanging flower baskets, and country barn doors opening out onto a fold-out deck. About: Specialising in high-quality wholesome food, The Crafted and Co. food truck creates tasty food customised specifically for your wedding
How many people they feed: Crafted and Co.’s food truck can provide any style of food for up to 300 wedding guests
The team: includes bakers, cake makers, and chefs who all love to build exceptional weddings. They can also arrange wait staff for an added cost.
What their food truck looks like: Crafted and Co. have 3 food trucks of various sizes. With their raw steel, glass, natural timbers, and classic metals they are a beautiful addition to any wedding..
Travel: Crafted and Co. are based in Palmerston North but travel far and wide for weddings
Can they do a grazing tables? Yes! Crafted and Co. grazing tables are either built to fit your space or built on one of their existing tables. They include cocktail napkins, bamboo boats, wooden cutlery and all the props/styling needed to stage the graze at your wedding.
Do i need to provide power for their truck? Nope! Crafted and Co. are fully self contained with their own generator and water waste system so they can cater your wedding no matter how remote it is.

About: Mao and Co. food truck is inspired by the magic of Asian night markets. Using the freshest seasonal produce, Mao and Co. creates handmade brightly coloured gourmet noodles & dumplings with a difference.
Wedding Menu: Either choose from their pre-existing catering menus or have Mao and Co. create a custom wedding menu specifically for you. They also offer a range of serving styles for your wedding, from classic food truck style, through to plated meals served with wait staff.
The Team: Owners Tom and Drew run Mao and Co. food truck together. Tom is a shanghai-raised dumpling and noodle chef, and Drew is an internationally respected restaurateur.

Wedding Menu: Taco Addicts wedding catering options are versatile and are designed to suit your wedding. Whether you want classic food truck style tacos made to order, a DIY taco buffet, grazing platters, or a plated meal, anything is possible with Taco Addicts food truck at your wedding.
Wedding Food: Everything Taco Addicts serve is made in house – from the tortilla to the salsa; the spice mix on the “choriz-no”; to the shredded brisket and their special Vegan Taco Sauce. And if they can’t make it, then they try and find a great local supplier who can. They search for the best ingredients and only use free-range meat. They are extremely accommodating to dietary requirements offering vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free and omnivore options so none of your wedding guests miss out.

About: The Greek Food Truck pride themselves on creating authentic Greek food. Their menu is simple, fresh, and delicious with their signature dishes being a variety of meat and vegetarian souvlaki, burgers, salads and Greek sweets.

The team: The owners Sophie and Chris run The Greek Food Truck together. Sophie is a first generation kiwi girl, to Greek parents, and Chris, a chef, ran a Greek restaurant before they started the Greek Food Truck together.

8. Pan Man
About: Pan Man is all about Paella. Panman's version of the Spanish classic follows a traditional recipe and uses bomba rice, saffron and smoked paprika but adds their own signature with locally-produced chorizo and their own smoked hot chilli 'Hoot' paste thrown in for a spicy kick.
Wedding Menu: Pan Man provides Paella chefs and both the classic and vegetarian Paella at weddings. They present the Paella on sustainable, disposable wooden plates designed to be comfortable in your hand.

Wedding Package: Daisy Days food truck wedding package includes 2 hours of friendly-service, your choice of up to 4 flavours of gelato and sorbet, waffle cones and tubs, plus anything leftover, you keep!

Ice Cream Food Truck Cost: The cost for the delivered gelato cart at your wedding (within 30kms of Heretaunga) including two hours of friendly service, double scoop gelato/sorbets, cones/tubs etc. for 100 people is $850. Distances over 30km are charged at $20 per 10km.
Location: Based in Wellington, Daisy Days are available around the greater Wellington area, up to and including Otaki and Masterton. Daisy Days can go anywhere that has trailer-friendly access. However, very steep roads, especially rural ones, may need to be assessed prior to booking.
